The Internet of Things. The Evolution of Video Surveillance for Transportation. Expectations and Limitations
D-TEG Security President and CEO G.Y. Kim will introduce advanced strategies for running an efficient large fleet to the Russian market.

The demand for dash cameras offering digital video recording, GPS tracking and 3G/LTE data transmission is growing dramatically. In 2017, these kind of surveillance solutions generated 150% more revenue compared to 2016.

G.Y. Kim will discuss the way advanced dash cameras are able to:

- minimize risks of fleet managers;
- prevent car accidents;
- avoid costs associated with insured events;
- enhance driver performance;
- increase efficiency;
- improve vehicles' fuel efficiency.

Biometrics Technology and the New Economy
An important part of digital transformation is the automation and digitalization of the maximum possible number of processes. Even the state already introduces electronic document circulation, stores have gone online, customers refuse to leave the house for service, and many employees replace cars. They already recognize us in person or by voice and recognize our speech no worse than man. These "skills" are especially in demand in the sphere of security, smart city, contact centers, in financial organizations. In my report, I will tell you how, with the help of modern biometric and speech technologies, it is possible: - to increase security (including information security); - improve the user experience; - Optimize business processes; - Improve business performance.

What You Stand to Gain From Using Video Surveillance in Retail
In the report I'm going to talk about the decisions that retailers already widely used in practice, and about what retail is actively interested in the examples: identify POS irregularities, detection of frauds, queue monitoring, heat map of sales areas, counting with regard to gender and age, sales conversion, monitoring the fullness of the shelves, control the duration of service, return customers.

Cognitive Services, AI and Machine Learning for Video Surveillance and IoT
Modern possibilities of artificial intelligence revolutionizing the way approaches to building traditional systems. Today computers can analyze video, images or texts are not worse people, and more and more often - better. In the conference “Smart city”, I will describe the architecture and show the main services for creation of modern systems using artificial intelligence (video Analytics, images, texts, etc.). Give tips on how to quickly and efficiently create such a system for your task or to use in your product.

Benefits of Using Access Control Automation. Theory and Practice of Selecting an IDM Solution.
KPMG is a leading audit and consulting companies in Russia and the world, and was also named a leader in the service sector on cyber security by results of research Forrester Research Inc. In our work we are often faced with issues of access control and separation of powers. One of the frequent observations on the results of it-audit within the audit of the financial statements for active accounts of fired employees, and providing the level of access that is not appropriate and not required for employee to execute duties. We would like to draw attention to the importance of access control and separation of powers, and also share experience on selection of solutions for automating these processes.

Intelligent Video in Retail: Process Optimization and Improving Sales
In the report, I will talk about what problems the business helps to carry video images from cameras in the store, what determines the cost of the solution and what can wait for the results. Will do the comparison of trends in the use of video Analytics in the retail sector of the Russian and Western markets.

Integra-Planet-4D -- a Platform for Digital Russia and a Turnkey Solution for Smart City Installations
The Integra-S consortium has developed a system that is a ready solution for the agro-industrial complex Safe City - integration platform Integra-Planeta-4D. Integra-Planet-4D is a high-level geographic information system (GIS) - it is the only system in the world in which all objects, sensors, devices and even video images are georeferenced and geographically coordinated. Thus, we get a virtual 3D world with objective reality! The integration platform Integra-Planeta-4D is applicable for working with small objects, for example, single buildings or mobile means, and with territorially extended objects such as cities, regions, states. Integra-Planet-4D operates on the basis of the Linux operating system (Dawn, Astra Linux, Debian, Ubuntu and others) in accordance with the RF Government Decree of December 17, 2010 No. 2299-p. Functional capabilities: • High-level GIS. Integration with various geoinformation systems (GIS) "Open Street Map", Yandex, INGEO, "Panorama", etc. This allows you to gradually detail each object on the map, so with the help of "Integra-Planet-4D" it became possible to build a single security systems of State objects • 4D measurement 3D - use of 3D models of objects with geo-referenced coordinates on terrain, 4D - time As a result, we receive a product that is created for tasks of visualizing object changes and state of equipment over time, as well as viewing previously occurred events on different time scales and predicting future ones • 3D graphics The Integra-C consortium was the first to start using 3D models for security systems.One of our first objects, back in 1998! , have already been presented in 3D graphics, • linking the video image to geographic coordinates.The operator selects the place of interest on the plan, indicating it with the mouse cursor, and the system itself displays images from the cameras in the visibility zone of which includes the specified location. Integra-S was the first in the world to implement such a functional! • Binding to geographic coordinates of objects, sensors, cameras and other devices; • technology of augmented virtual reality. Overlay the video image on the 3D object map. • Open protocols. Simplifies the process of integrating equipment from different manufacturers; • mapping of underground and above-ground communications, monitoring of their condition; • Tracking. Tracking the position of objects in real time; • encryption of communication channels; • digital signature, etc. With the help of Integra-Planet-4D, today most of the existing and functioning systems in the city are integrated into the city of Novomoskovsk in the Tula region. Implementation of the AIC The safe city on the basis of the Integra-Planet-4D integration platform has allowed the decision-making time to be reduced, and accordingly the response time has decreased, as a result - the reduction of damage and restoration costs, as well as the reduction of social tension of the population. This system is used as a ready-made solution for the APK "Safe City", as well as for ensuring the safety of strategically important state facilities: stations, bridges, hydroconstructions, ports, tunnels, fuel and energy complex facilities, factories, universities, shopping centers, etc. It provides comprehensive protection and to unite thousands of objects of federal significance into a single system of continuous monitoring of situations at state facilities and territories
