City "smart" will not by itself, need a "smart" products at the right price, of which, in fact, will develop a "smart" city. Connected the meters to the utilities, connected cars, road infrastructure and so forth – by themselves do not need anyone to monetize all this "connected" only in the case if the consumer will receive a product that is better and cheaper than a product based on "unconnected". So you need to go back to the beginning: to determine the appearance of a competitive product, develop cooperation chain creation of this product, to determine the nature of technological and economic relations between participants of the supply chain.
