To this end, Russian cities need to move away from the simple implementation of the "Safe City" program to building a digital core, which gives the city the necessary freedom to use new technologies: predictive analytics, large data and machine learning, block of chains, Internet of things, decision-making systems and so on. . All this will improve the quality of life and provide qualitatively new services for citizens in the healthcare, social sphere, transport, housing, security, business development and so on.
