Understanding the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Russia
I will talk about the transformation and integration of industrial and IT / ICT technologies into a single ecosystem, as an inevitable process of technology evolution in the Industry 4.0 paradigm. One of the key results of the digitalization of production, which gives the "revolutionary" concept of the new technological order is the formation of product-service systems, through which the product becomes possible to sell as a service, and also to monitor, improve, maintain it during the operation of the customer. In addition, a digitized copy of digital twin allows you to connect to the digital infrastructure of partners, to carry out joint product design, to exchange production capacities and orders, thereby maximizing the utilization of existing equipment and resources and maximizing joint incomes. It is important to understand the challenges faced by modern manufacturing companies in the introduction of next-generation technologies in the world. We will talk about what kind of staffing needs are being formed, what new functional roles arise in production. And also, is there a "labor reserve" in Russia. This report can not be missed by those who are not indifferent to the word "industry", who are interested in understanding the processes of economic growth in the country, who are interested in high-tech trends and foreign trends. Specialists and managers who attended the speech will understand that economic growth is a complex resultant indicator of the availability of a large number of profitable businesses in industries with maximum impact. And the role of "capital of spirit and will" (Goethe) - entrepreneurial and organizational talent - is much more important than financial capital. To the future it is necessary to prepare today and to enter new zones of knowledge.

Alternative Approach to Integration with ERP Systems. Advantages of Direct Interaction Between SAP and Physical Access Control Tools
The vast majority of access control systems and time attendance with integration with SAP, uses the classic schema integration as a subsystem. For a business owner it usually means duplication of data, the allocation of resources to support the operation of the subsystem of training staff to work with this subsystem, solving issues of compatibility of the subsystem when changing or upgrading SAP. For SAP consultants this subsystem is uncontrollable software "black box", to change the behavior of which can only manufacturer. It deprives them of flexibility, which is one of the key benefits of SAP. Similar issues result in additional restrictions and costs for the business owner. I want to consider alternative integration scenario with the implementation of the control module equipment PACS/EBU directly into the SAP system and tell you about the advantages of this approach.

A Systematic Approach to Automate Time and Attendance, Data Management and the Payroll Process
Time is perhaps one of the most valuable resources, the effective and balanced use of which, with the use of necessary automation, can give tangible savings in the expenditure of forces and means involved in business, in industry and in any other sphere of human activity. Having learned to control time, understand its value and educate yourself in the culture of effective planning, we can significantly improve the productivity of labor and add value to any product and service. Today, at the intersection of information and intellectual technologies, we at Ferrero have sufficient tools to identify areas where the automation of work time accounting processes can be fully justified and capable of bringing benefits to the company, as well as to plan and implement the necessary projects. The gained experience from the introduction and use of appropriate technologies and innovations is at the same time our unique capital, which can always be used to improve and harmonize the processes of effective working time recording and for their further automation. We want to share our experience and talk about the project of integrating the time tracking and access control system into our corporate accounting system SAP HRE (HCM). Tell about those challenges, which served as a good motivation for making a decision. How did the system help us to automate the process of calculating wages as much as possible and to significantly free up the time resource. How we were able to integrate the time management system with SAP's accounting of production costs, and also talk about the merits and demerits of the solution as a whole and its individual components in particular.

IT Transformation in Russia
Modern companies all over the world, including Russia, are increasingly using new technologies to rethink business processes, increase efficiency, flexibility, innovation, focus on users and customers. Because of the rigid architectures, companies are forced to completely replace equipment with changing requirements, and traditional resource allocation processes often show IT services as an obstacle, not a business assistant. Companies need to resolve this conflict between the tasks of digital transformation and the reality of modern IT services if they are going to achieve their business goals. IT transformation - the use of modernized data center technologies, the automation of IT processes and the changing of organizational interconnections - multiplies the benefits of companies from using technologies in the digital economy. ESG studies confirm this prediction. Companies seeking to improve the responsiveness and speed of the IT environment response, cost effectiveness, secure financing of new projects at the highest level, deserve high marks from internal stakeholders and optimize business results, should study the procedures and parameters of more mature IT transformation companies, and seek opportunities for change in accordance with the principles and success factors given in this study. Estimating the Maturity of Transforming Your IT To increase the maturity of IT transformation, you first need to assess your current state. Dell EMC and ESG released an online online assessment of the results of this study. The materials will provide an opportunity to determine your position in comparison with industry competitors, as well as to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Start transforming your IT service into a unique competitive mechanism today.

Building The Big Data Platform for Your Smart City: Objectives, Challenges, Approaches
The state has developed a program of the digital economy of Russia and actively solves the tasks of digitalization, including public administration. Cities are beginning to understand the approaches and models of urban governance that are impossible without the use of modern technologies. What are the problems and objectives of the speech: • The population of cities is growing - this leads to an increase in the complexity of managing urban infrastructures; • The economic problem in large cities comes to the fore: air pollution, water, problems of green plantations and so on; • digital transformation affects the city and the expectations of the population from urban services; • a large number of disparate systems that need to be integrated and integrated to implement new urban management scenarios; • A smart city uses all the latest technological innovations. For example, the Internet of things has been used in the city government for many years. Cities need to expand the concept of a smart city. A smart city is not just the use of new technologies and building infrastructure, it is a platform that ensures the improvement of the quality of life of citizens. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the speed of launching and introducing new scenarios in order to meet the rapidly changing conditions of the digital economy and global competition. To this end, Russian cities need to move away from the simple implementation of the "Safe City" program to building a digital core, which gives the city the necessary freedom to use new technologies: predictive analytics, large data and machine learning, block of chains, Internet of things, decision-making systems and so on. . All this will improve the quality of life and provide qualitatively new services for citizens in the healthcare, social sphere, transport, housing, security, business development and so on.

Capitalizing on Disruption on the Road to City Digital Transformation
The concept of a smart city is not new, nevertheless, despite all the obvious benefits of smart cities, until we see vivid and numerous examples of the complex transformation of large cities. What is the reason for this? Most often, city administrations respond that they do not have the means to implement large-scale projects. Another reason is organizational, verticalization of city departments, whereby the demand for smart subsystems of urban management is often formed by individual departments for their specific purposes. One of the main criteria for selecting projects is the cost of the solution, the availability of a budget for implementation and the ability of technologies to solve the operational tasks of a particular department. There is an increasing demand for the possibility of attracting private investment in projects related to urban infrastructure, and switching to a service model for the use of urban assets. Critical is the ability of technology companies and city administrations to identify and create solutions in terms of economy and return on investment. If several of these solutions can be identified and a financial partner willing to take risks under PPPs is involved, it is much easier for the administration to launch the project on a city or a few districts or even agglomeration. Also, it becomes possible to implement additional solutions with low direct economic returns, by cross-subsidizing incremental revenues or savings generated by solutions with high economic returns. As part of the presentation, practical approaches to the planning and organization of smart cities projects using digital technologies and opportunities for the monetization of infrastructure investments will be considered. Also, examples of digital solutions with high return on investments made will be analyzed, allowing to implement projects in conditions of limited or total absence of state financing due to increase of economic efficiency, safety, quality and formation of opportunities to create new services and products.

City of Smart People: Crowdsourcing for Community Revitalization.
Smart cities use smart tools to work with public opinion. To reach the largest number of people, you must use the tools digital online. Crowdsourcing is one such tool. On the example of a successful crowdsourcing case - the site of mono city.rf (a platform for collecting ideas of townspeople from mono-towns) will tell how the mechanics of crowdsourcing work. In a smart city it is advisable to use tools to work with citizens and public opinion, which allows reaching more people (users of urban spaces: streets, embankments, parks, squares, squares), gather large amounts of information and user content, draw conclusions and recommendations for projects , reflecting the needs of citizens. When developing the urban environment, it is necessary to take into account the needs of citizens, because people are users of future improvement projects. The question arises - how to build effective interaction with residents? In small towns it is optimal to hold meetings of residents. However, the larger the size of the city, the more difficult it is to gather people on one site, so the use of digital technologies is the most optimal option. Particularly relevant are digital technologies in projects of federal scale implemented in the territories of cities. Russian cities have common problems, and the collection of information from local residents allows, through subsequent analysis, to identify these problem points in order to take them into account when designing public spaces in other regions. My presentation helps to understand modern mechanisms of working with public opinion and the role of digital tools in improving urban projects. And find out how crowdsourcing differs from crowdfinding.

Integra-Planet-4D -- a Platform for Digital Russia and a Turnkey Solution for Smart City Installations
The Integra-S consortium has developed a system that is a ready solution for the agro-industrial complex Safe City - integration platform Integra-Planeta-4D. Integra-Planet-4D is a high-level geographic information system (GIS) - it is the only system in the world in which all objects, sensors, devices and even video images are georeferenced and geographically coordinated. Thus, we get a virtual 3D world with objective reality! The integration platform Integra-Planeta-4D is applicable for working with small objects, for example, single buildings or mobile means, and with territorially extended objects such as cities, regions, states. Integra-Planet-4D operates on the basis of the Linux operating system (Dawn, Astra Linux, Debian, Ubuntu and others) in accordance with the RF Government Decree of December 17, 2010 No. 2299-p. Functional capabilities: • High-level GIS. Integration with various geoinformation systems (GIS) "Open Street Map", Yandex, INGEO, "Panorama", etc. This allows you to gradually detail each object on the map, so with the help of "Integra-Planet-4D" it became possible to build a single security systems of State objects • 4D measurement 3D - use of 3D models of objects with geo-referenced coordinates on terrain, 4D - time As a result, we receive a product that is created for tasks of visualizing object changes and state of equipment over time, as well as viewing previously occurred events on different time scales and predicting future ones • 3D graphics The Integra-C consortium was the first to start using 3D models for security systems. One of our first objects, back in 1998! , have already been presented in 3D graphics, • linking the video image to geographic coordinates. The operator selects the place of interest on the plan, indicating it with the mouse cursor, and the system itself displays images from the cameras in the visibility zone of which includes the specified location. Integra-S was the first in the world to implement such a functional! • Binding to geographic coordinates of objects, sensors, cameras and other devices; • technology of augmented virtual reality. Overlay the video image on the 3D object map. • Open protocols. Simplifies the process of integrating equipment from different manufacturers; • mapping of underground and above-ground communications, monitoring of their condition; • Tracking. Tracking the position of objects in real time; • encryption of communication channels; • digital signature, etc. With the help of Integra-Planet-4D, today most of the existing and functioning systems in the city are integrated into the city of Novomoskovsk in the Tula region. Implementation of the AIC The safe city on the basis of the Integra-Planet-4D integration platform has allowed the decision-making time to be reduced, and accordingly the response time has decreased, as a result - the reduction of damage and restoration costs, as well as the reduction of social tension of the population. This system is used as a ready-made solution for the APK "Safe City", as well as for ensuring the safety of strategically important state facilities: stations, bridges, hydroconstructions, ports, tunnels, fuel and energy complex facilities, factories, universities, shopping centers, etc. It provides comprehensive protection and to unite thousands of objects of federal significance into a single system of continuous monitoring of situations at state facilities and territories

How to Build Intelligent Video Analytics into Integrated Security System. Best Fit Approaches
Today, one of the most important tasks of exploitation of any object of mass stay of people (airport, station, stadium, park, etc.) is maximum security. At the same time, video surveillance systems play a key role in the operational observation of all parts of the facility - the speed of the quality of the analysis of information coming from them can depend on people's lives and the security of the infrastructure. Integration of video analytics systems and complex security management systems of the facility (in particular - SSSI), allows timely detection of various types of threats and reduces the response time to such incidents. The Asteros Group, the Russian market leader in the field of integrated infrastructure and security systems, pays special attention to innovative solutions of Russian vendors, focusing on developments that have no world analogues. Following this strategy, the integrator has created a partner alliance with the company "Videointelligence", which produces software to recognize objects in difficult visibility conditions. Our solution - the integrated security system DLISS (Deep Learning Integrated Security System) - is, thanks to the symbiosis of innovative analysis methods and a single information system, essentially the first "smart" Russian solution for providing comprehensive security .The solution is built on the basis of the Securix security management integration platform ( Asteros) and the intelligent video analysis system of Videointelekt, the technological and functional capabilities of the joint solution, the rask Zano about the benefits that can provide application solutions at various sites and in various industries. Improving Data Transmission Speed and Fault Tolerance over Global Networks
Currently, in the age of popularity of the Internet and a variety of content, including video, in HD-quality can hold gigabytes, the most acute problem of high-speed file transfer over the network. Services Powered by Smart Cities
City "smart" will not by itself, need a "smart" products at the right price, of which, in fact, will develop a "smart" city. Connected the meters to the utilities, connected cars, road infrastructure and so forth – by themselves do not need anyone to monetize all this "connected" only in the case if the consumer will receive a product that is better and cheaper than a product based on "unconnected". So you need to go back to the beginning: to determine the appearance of a competitive product, develop cooperation chain creation of this product, to determine the nature of technological and economic relations between participants of the supply chain. Only in this case we can talk not only about budget but also about the ultimate consumer demand as a source of funding for the transformation of cities in smart cities. National Standards for Biometric Technology. Unified Requirements for Customers and Suppliers
Biometric technologies are now being actively introduced into many sectors of the economy. Approved standards allow to develop a unified approach in terminology, architecture, in the order of testing, in unification, interchangeability, etc. Non-use of unified requirements leads to: - misunderstanding between customers and executors (vendors): the customer and the vendor talk using different terms and differently imagine the process of testing; - Depending on one solution (one vendor): the solutions of one vendor are not interchangeable if necessary; - appearance of poor-quality (or non-standardized) input data; - the inability to use test results for subsequent analysis and comparison with other vendors. In my speech, I will try to increase confidence in biometric technologies, as well as introduce all to the standards for basic biometric characteristics. Viewers of my speech will get an idea of the current national standards for each biometric technology, learn about the importance and necessity of observing these standards. We will talk about where it is necessary to apply for the unification of biometric technologies in Russia. The audience will learn about the prospects for standardization in the field of biometric technologies, both internationally and nationally.

Real World Examples of Biometric Successes For the Last 5 to 10 Years
Biometrics is one of the most actively developing areas of the modern IT industry. The annual growth rates of the biometric market reach 20-25%, which significantly exceeds the average growth rates of the market. First of all, such rapid growth is due to the fact that business has realized in the past two or three years that biometrics is not just a beautiful toy, but a new level of security, new opportunities, new ways of providing communication with the client, a way to realize the concept of "know your client ". This year a number of key players in the financial market, transport and sports subjects announced large-scale plans to introduce biometrics into their business. In my report I will talk about the formation and development of the biometric market in retrospect of 5-10 years, I will note the modern possibilities of biometric technologies for solving a wide range of problems in our daily life, as well as affect technological trends for the coming years. I hope that my report will be useful to security and IT professionals, business development managers and ordinary listeners who want to know the path of biometrics in recent years, what new opportunities and new risks this new technology will bring in our life.

Diffusion of Biometrics in Information Systems
Each creature is unique and has its own individual identity. Daily use of computers, tablets, smartphones and specialized devices to access the Internet, and perform other transactions and actions require the identification of the person engaged in them. The essential characteristics of a good biometric framework is its permanence, universality, collectability and individuality. To choose the method of biometrics, the most suitable for a specific project, correct choice of the task that needs to be addressed, as well as the most accurate evaluation of its financial component. It is proposed in this vein to discuss the applicability of various platforms and their modifications in different problems and industries.

The Guide to Comparison of Face Recognition Algorithms
Facial recognition, like any fashionable and popular topic, attracting a large number of players. However, to create a truly accurate and reliable algorithm is not easy – it requires hard work, numerous experiments and fine optimization. To the most advantageous to present their solution, some developers are starting to “play" with numbers and test results. At the same time, potential users find themselves in a difficult situation: how to understand which of the proposed solutions really handle their tasks? At a performance, you will learn which parameters are estimated, the algorithms for facial recognition, what questions to ask developers and how to test the recognition system for your project.

Practical Aspects of Face Recognition for Transportation Applications
On the one hand, the technology of biometric identification has reached a level of development that is acceptable to industrial implementations. On the other is continuously growing and increasingly complex threats that require a response in the most modern solutions for their detection and elimination. The adoption and entry into force of the NPA requiring the use of biometrics. identification on certain objects.Speech – a story about the practical aspects of implementation of solutions for video identification. In laboratory and bench conditions, it is possible to observe the excellent results of many decisions. A very different picture emerges in practice. The project of creation and introduction of system of video identification, particularly when it comes to security, it is always a complex project. There are no "solutions out of the box". And in practice there are a large number of difficulties and unexpected problems, without which the project would not take off. The presentation primarily aimed at the owners and exploiters of the objects that are going (on his own initiative or in accordance with the published NPA) to introduce a system of videomaterial, and who are interested in real results, not in the project "for show".I will share real case studies and overcome difficulties. Tell why the system integrator needs to implement such projects. CROC is known in the market that takes on the most complex and non-trivial task, and always finds their solutions and bring projects to fruition – and this is important.

The Fundamentals of Biometric Iris Recognition. Facing the Future of Access Control
Biometrics of the iris of the eye is still one of the most exotic, but at the same time, very promising method of identifying a person. Today, the use of biometric algorithms in access control systems is no longer exclusively for the so-called "innovators" customers, who are generally inclined to introduce various technological novelties.Such projects are increasingly appearing in a variety of areas of management, and have more than once proven their effectiveness relative to traditional attributive (for example, RFID) means of identification. In addition to biometric technologies already familiar to a wide range of consumers (fingerprinting, geometry the palm of the hand, the two-dimensional face recognition), alternative methods are actively developing, including the biometrics of the iris (it is enough to recall its active promotion by some manufacturers of wearable devices), the main tasks of the report are: - acquaintance of a wide range of consumers with the basics of technology; debunking of established myths regarding the recognition of the iris of the eye - illumination of its merits and limitations; - illustration of the main theses with real examples of implementations. I invite to the speech the professionals of the security industry, users of the ACS and everyone interested in modern biometric developments

Promises and Pitfalls of Voice Biometrics in Practice
Voice biometrics is one of the most discussed technologies. This is not surprising: standardization of biometric authentication is in full swing, while the voice is the only modality for telephone service channel. Many companies have approached the use of this technology, but because of the lack of objective information, experience difficulty in forming and calculation case.My statement about what exactly is voice biometrics. What it measures, and what you can do with measurements. What is the actual reliability of the technology and can "steal voice.”Based on real experience, I will tell you that may find practical application, and that relates to the field of legends. What are the effective scenario, the use of technology within the capabilities of modern business. What are the risks of implementation and operation, and how to minimize them.

Multi-Biometrics. Is More Always Better?
Multibiometry is a personality recognition technology based on biological and behavioral characteristics and incorporating the use of biometric association. In multibiometry, the union can be performed at the level of modalities (fingerprint, face, voice, etc.); at the level of algorithms; at the level of sensors (face in the visible and infrared range); at the instance level (several different implementations of one biometric characteristic). The unification technology is aimed at improving the technical and operational characteristics of the biometric system. At present, two biometric modalities are most often used in multibiometry. The main consumers of this technology appear in areas where an extremely high level of security is required, which can not be achieved with the help of one technology. For example, for the remote identification of a user in the provision of banking services to him, only a person's biometric characteristics may not be enough, although this technology can provide false tolerance errors at 10-3-10-4. In addition, it is assumed that the forgery of one technology is much simpler than the forgery of two biometric characteristics simultaneously. When creating multibiometric systems, the main issue remains the reliability and justification of a combination of biometric modalities. At present, large-scale tests of multibiometric algorithms and systems have not been carried out, which confirm a significant increase in reliability. And also there are no recommendations on the choice of biometric modalities and the method of their combination. The report will consider the following issues of multibiometric technology: • How to choose a combination of biometric characteristics for a multibiometric system? • What are the ways to combine modalities and what are their advantages and disadvantages? • How to evaluate the reliability of a multibiometric system? Currently, there are many developers of single-model biometric systems on the Russian and foreign markets using fingerprints, face, voice. The creation of multibiometric systems requires from the developers of co-operation and a sufficiently serious investment, so for them the advantages of this direction must be calculated: will the performance characteristics improve, which modalities and approaches should be better used for this. The report will be based on the analysis of the results of independent testing, standards and technical reports in the field of multimodal systems, as well as on data of domestic and foreign articles in the field of multibiometry.
